Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Corporate Lawyer & Legal Affairs Specialist to manage and support the company’s corporate legal matters, contracts, compliance, and legal affairs. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and labor-related cases, with the ability to provide practical legal guidance to management and HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate legal matters, agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and employment contracts.
- Provide legal advice on Saudi Labor Law, employment disputes, terminations, disciplinary actions, and employee claims.
- Manage and follow up on labor cases and disputes before relevant Saudi authorities and legal bodies.
- Support HR in matters related to employment contracts, employee rights, grievances, and compliance.
- Monitor changes in Saudi laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with applicable Saudi regulations.
- Liaise with external lawyers, government authorities, and legal consultants when required.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, legal cases, notices, and other legal documents.
- Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate actions to protect the company’s interests.
Requirements
- Saudi female national, preferably residing in Jubail or the Eastern Province.
- Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent.
- Minimum 0–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Professional legal certification and Law licensed.
- Previous experience in corporate legal affairs, legal consultancy, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and labor cases/disputes is essential.
- Good understanding of Saudi corporate and commercial regulations.
- Strong contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential legal matters professionally.
